These are small embroidery interpretations of particular sections of Beheaded Octopi. These samples are glorified depictions of the reality of what had happened to the octopi and its grotesqueness, as they convey softness in materiality and colour, their compositions are small scaled and abstract, and without context, one would not recognise where these works stemmed from.
